ವಿರಾಜಪೇಟೆ ವಿಧಾನಸಭಾ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಹಾಕತ್ತೂರು ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ’ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ಗಳನ್ನು ವಿತರಿಸಲಾಯಿತು. ‘ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಗ್ಯಾರಂಟಿ’ ಘೋಷಣೆಯ ಮೂರು ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪಕ್ಷ ಘೋಷಿಸಿದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಮನೆ ಮನೆಗೆ ತಲುಪಿಸಲಾಯಿತು.
